Who's yo' Edamame

avocado (1/2 chopped)
pumpkin seeds (small handfull)
lemon (1 chopped and squeezed)
coarse ground black pepper (small sprinkle)
brown sugar (small lump)

trader joe's
-organic dried tomato & basil pesto (1oz approx three spoonfulls)
-organic vegetable broth (small splash)
-organic wheat somen noodles japanese style noodles (1 packet)
-washed and ready to use shredded carrots (small handfull)
-shelled edamame (small handfull)
-organic basil (small handfull chopped)

marukan
-seasoned gourmet rice vinegar (small splash)

sun luck
-chili oil (small amount)


Start with organic wheat somen noodles japanese style noodles (1 packet), cook according to package. Strain, put back in pot, lightly coat in chili oil (small amount), seasoned gourmet rice vinegar (small splash), coarse ground black pepper (small sprinkle). Next add avocado (1/2 chopped), organic dried tomato & basil pesto (1oz approx three spoonfulls), then mix. Finally, add shredded carrots (small handfull), pumpkin seeds (small handfull), lemon (1 chopped and squeezed), brown sugar (small lump), organic vegetable broth (small splash), shelled edamame (small handfull), organic basil (small handfull chopped), mix, serve. (2 servings)

goes well with cold beer, like rolling rock extra pale (green bottle), nice & tasty.
